PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to Section 175 of the Town Law, the annual election of the Hartsdale Fire District will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2011, at Hartsdale Fire Station No. 1, 25 South Central Avenue, Hartsdale, Town of Greenburgh, County of Westchester, State of New York, for the following purpose:

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the candidates for the position of Fire Commissioner shall file their names with the Secretary of the Hartsdale Fire District on or before November 23, 2011, and in addition, require that such nomination be submitted in petition form signed by twenty-five (25) qualified voters of the District.  A form of nominating petition will be furnished by the Secretary upon request of any candidate.

The polls shall remain open for the purpose of receiving ballots of those qualified to vote during the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

To be qualified to vote at this election, voter must be
