Board of Fire Commissioners Meeting Schedule 2012 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE That the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Hartsdale Fire District, Hartsdale, New York, will hold its Regular Meetings and Executive Sessions of the Regular Meetings for the purpose of officially transacting business at 7:30 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, on the second Monday of each month during 2012 in the office of the Board of Fire Commissioners at Fire Station No. 2, 300 West Hartsdale Avenue, Hartsdale, New York. Special Meetings will be held, if necessary, and some canceled, as conditions require. Members of the public may attend in accordance with the Open Meetings Law. The schedule for 2012 is as follows: January 9, 2012 February 13, 2012 March 12, 2012 April 9, 2012 May 14, 2012 June 11, 2012 July 9, 2012 August 13, 2012 September 10, 2012 October 8, 2012 October 18, 2012 - Budget Hearing and Special Meeting 8:00 p.m. November 12, 2012 December 10, 2012 December 11, 2012 - Annual Election 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. held at Station 1, 25 South Central Avenue Hartsdale, NY 10530
